Friday, April 4th was the first Booster lunch of the 2008 baseball season. It was well attended by A's fans
and Booster members.
Bob Geren could only stay 45 minutes as he had to prepare for the evening game against the Indians. He answered questions
about Chavez, Hannahan, pitching rotation and his time in Japan.

Robert, of course, made us smile and laugh with his bubbly personality and witty thoughts on baseball. He brought
his wife, Alex, and young son, JD. He also told us about the 40th anniversary memory minute that he will be sharing
on every game. He played us a couple of the next week's memory moments. Friday nite's came half way thru
the 8th inning.
